In October, the Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, and Ireland's Minister of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Mr Brian Lenihan, exchange documents after the signing in Dublin of the Surrender of Fugitive Offenders Agreement between the HKSAR and the Republic of Ireland.
