Heritage Museum

The Hong Kong Heritage Museum, under construction in Sha Tin, will be
the largest of its kind in the SAR. It is being built by modern methods and
techniques to a traditional Chinese courtyard design. When completed in
1999-2000, it will have a gross floor area of 28 500 square metres
including a net exhibition area of 7 500 square metres with exhibition
galleries covering aspects of history, arts and culture.
